YES! Live Oak Productions Inc. offers you 24/7/365 unlimited technical support to ensure that that your web site is always up and running without any glitches.

Which payment processors/forms of payment do you accept?

Live Oak Productions Inc. gladly accepts PayPal only at this time. PayPal services accept major methods of payment, such as credit cards and online e-checks. All payments must be made through Paypals secure ordering system. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

What is your 30 day money-back guarantee?

Live Oak Productions Inc. is proud to offer you a 30 day, no hassle, no gimmick, money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, we will be happy to refund your money. This money-back guarantee only applies to the hosting plans, and not to any additional services or options you may have requested for us to install onto your account.

Am I required to have a contract?

No contracts are required for any web hosting account that we offer to our subscribers. You may cancel at any time.

If I cancel, do I get to keep the web template?

YES. Even if you cancel service with us, the web templates included with your package are yours to keep! It is up to you to download your sites and template if you wish to keep them.

What is your uptime guarantee?

116Street.com (Live Oak Productions Inc.) guarantees that you will have at least 99.99% uptime for your web hosting. All server downtime for upgrades will be in the very early morning when web traffic is at its lowest.

What is unlimited bandwidth?

We get asked this question alot. Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be transmitted in a fixed amount of time. For instance is your site has alot of traffic you will be using more bandwidth. We own many servers and make sure we do not overload them with too many websites (as other hosting companies do often) so you will have absolutely no problems with your site being slow or not loading fast.

NOTE: Always read the fine print in any web host that tells you they offer any such type of service. Once you go over a certain amount, you can be certain your web site will be limited or restricted, or even possibly cancelled for exceeding unacceptable service usages on any unlimited bandwidth or disk space web hosting plan that you may find. We DO NOT charge you for excessive bandwidth usage.

Do you offer an Affiliate Program?

Not at this time. We are in the process of creating reseller accounts, so that you can host your own clients on our servers.

Are there any content restrictions on this account?

We do not permit adult content, IRC servers/services and related IRC bots/bouncers, or streaming servers on our servers and/or network.
